The main volume, a two-story structure spanning 290 sqm, accommodates the living room, kitchen, master bedroom, cellar, staff quarters, storage, and a garage. Its orientation is carefully considered to maximize views and respond to the site's topography.

Shaped by a Mediterranean sensibility, the design softens the threshold between inside and out, unfolding into a sequence of layered open-air spaces that extend the living experience beyond the walls.

The main volume's strategic placement on the site generates a series of diverse outdoor spaces, each meticulously programmed with landscape elements. These areas are designed and curated to thrive across all four seasons of the Mediterranean climate.
