Access to the property is gained from the lower elevation, leading up to the upper plateau where the main house volume is entered. The architectural massing is horizontally oriented to harmonize with the site's natural slope. The design intentionally fragments a singular, linear volume to enrich the indoor-outdoor spatial experience on the plan.

The detailed solutions for the interior design are individual; the materiality depends on the function of the volumes, but each independent choice expresses total harmony when put together.

The masses were loosened up by these wide sections and the choice of materials. Each opening turns the garden areas into an extension of the interior life of the villas. The steel structure design of the staircase transfers the fluidity captured on the ground floor to the other levels.
